Job Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and the company. You will identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales and account management goals. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned client accounts by developing long-term relationships
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Present and pitch products or services tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close deals successfully
Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, customer success) to deliver client solutions
Provide regular account updates, reports, and performance insights to management
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client trust and credibility
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
