Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

General Summary

This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services essential to the company's operations. The Accounts Payable Coordinator ensures that invoices are accurately processed and vendors are paid on time, maintaining smooth financial operations.

Major Responsibilities

• Sort invoices and verify appropriate approvals before processing.

• Enter, code, and process all vendor invoices.

• Prepare and issue checks in a timely manner.

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies.

• Process and verify employee expense reports for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of related accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

• Effective communication, customer service, and time management abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage Range: $24.00 – $26.00 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
