AI Consulting Senior Manager

Position Overview:

EisnerAmper is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to support clients’ AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI, along with a strong background in product management. This role involves shaping AI Advisory solutions, driving client business transformation, and delivering impactful outcomes across complex portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to meet client needs.

• Lead client engagements: conduct discovery, develop strategy, and deliver solutions.

• Maintain advanced knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI solutions, market trends, and industry tools.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver additional services and solutions.

• Mentor and provide leadership to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Identify and communicate risks associated with delivery.

• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors.

• Occasionally work extended hours or travel to other firm offices or client locations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 10+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions across complex portfolios.

• 3+ years in professional services or consulting industry.

• 2+ years integrating generative AI into solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in technology development environments.

• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.

• Advanced knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks.

• Ability to manage complex portfolios and align outcomes with client goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of business and enterprise architecture across various platforms.
