As an Area Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with retailers in your territory. This role combines strategic account management and field sales, ensuring stores maximize the value of RepRally’s platform and catalog of brands.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship manager for retail accounts within your territory.
Drive sales growth by introducing new retailers to the RepRally platform and expanding existing account engagement.
Present, educate, and consult with retailers on our catalog of emerging brands and store incentive programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide an excellent client experience.
Analyze territory performance, monitor account health, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay up-to-date with product trainings, industry trends, and brand launches to deliver informed, compelling pitches.
Use the RepRally app and CRM tools to manage orders, track sales activity, and report on progress.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (distribution/retail experience is a plus).
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, build long-term client relationships, and deliver results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms to manage accounts and place orders.
Ability to travel within your assigned territory to meet customers.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
