As an Area Sales Representative, you will be the face of RepRally in your assigned area, responsible for building relationships with retailers, expanding their product selection, and driving adoption of our platform. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused salesperson who thrives in the field and enjoys helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
Represent RepRally in your designated area by prospecting and onboarding new retail accounts.
Build strong, lasting relationships with store owners and managers, ensuring they understand the value of the RepRally platform.
Guide retailers through RepRally’s brand catalog, promotions, and incentive programs.
Stay current on new and emerging consumer brands through regular brand-led trainings.
Capture and process sales orders using the RepRally app to meet and exceed your targets.
Partner with leadership to develop area-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
Provide live support to customers, coordinating with our operations team to ensure a smooth experience.
Act as a local brand ambassador for RepRally at store visits, events, and trade opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of sales, account management, or retail experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Self-starter who can manage their own territory effectively.
Strong communication skills—both in-person and over the phone.
Comfortable using mobile sales apps and digital platforms (training provided).
Multilingual skills are a plus.
