Assembly Fabricator

Job Description:

Our precision machine shop is looking for Assembly Fabricator with a strong work ethic to join our team on the 1st Shift. We offer a wide range of services such as milling, grinding, and high-quality turning. Our shop has a good reputation as we provide parts for major Aerospace corporations. We have experience supplying parts as a sub-tier supplier and directly for Defense branches. Kindly note that the Fabricator / Press Brake Operator position does not involve welding duties, and all welding is contracted out.

The press brake operator/fabricator is responsible for ensuring that the finished work adheres to all relevant safety and quality standards

Skills:

• A two-year track record of mastering the craft of creating intricate shapes from sheet metal
• Possesses excellent communication skills and works collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project objectives
• Mastery of measuring instruments can enhance accuracy and efficiency in diverse tasks
• For a duration of six months, this position is Contract-to-Hire.
• The job demands that you work in-person at the Indianapolis, Indiana location.

Work Environment:

This is a climate-controlled warehouse job that is available on the first shift. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday hours are from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. There is even a possibility for overtime on Saturdays
