Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Staff Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the fitness team

  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented team environment

• Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards for club operations

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

• Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Assist in hiring top-tier talent

  • Develop training programs to support team success and leadership growth

• Sales Leadership

  • Guide team to achieve sales goals

  • Motivate staff to generate leads and close sales

• Member Experience

  • Promote a positive, inclusive environment

  • Resolve customer issues and enhance overall member satisfaction

• Revenue & Membership Growth

  • Implement promotions and programs to increase membership

  • Drive club revenue through strategic initiatives

• Club Operations & Reporting

  • Support the General Manager with administrative tasks

  • Track and report performance metrics (KPIs)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred)

• Strong team development and motivational skills

• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting performance targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
