Qualification of Assistant Inventory Manager:

• Competency in overseeing and delivering customer service leadership, coaching, and training, along with the Store Leader, for the development of all store employees.
• Showed proficiency in maintaining high retention rates by prioritizing the recognition of qualified candidates, nurturing leadership abilities, empowering team members, and motivating increased productivity within the workforce.
• Capable of supporting the rollout of merchandising and promotional strategies effectively.
• Skill in cash management, fuel transactions, and marketing our loyalty program.
• Evidenced skill in preserving a clean and secure space by observing all health and sanitation regulations, ensuring the store's neatness and the accessibility of items.
• Outstanding in both spoken and written communication, as well as possessing strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Advanced knowledge of computers, especially Microsoft applications like Word and Excel.
• Having a High School diploma or GED is preferred but not necessary for those with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• The job necessitates holding a legitimate driver's license issued by the state of residence and having ongoing vehicle insurance
• Required skills include the capacity for multitasking, engaging in repetitive bending, standing, and reaching duties, and occasionally lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
