As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the store. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, ensure operational excellence, and maintain brand standards. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to drive business growth.

• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate a team in achieving results.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
