Qualification of Assistant Restaurant Team Leader:

• The goal is to lead and support the development of customer service skills, training programs, and guidance for restaurant staff, working in collaboration with the Restaurant Leader.
• Supervising the condition of the restaurant to ensure alignment with company policies and standards set by the Health Department.
• A robust quality ensures that food products are well-prepared, served attractively, and maintained in a fresh state in the food service sector.
• Exhibited capability in leveraging P&L and store reports to bring about adjustments. Skilled in analyzing and understanding a range of documentation, such as operational manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Fluent in computer operations, with a focus on Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
• Candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management background are preferred to have a High School diploma or GED, although it is not a strict requirement.
• Skilled in juggling various responsibilities, such as bending, standing, and reaching repetitively, and the capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds when needed.
