Overview

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) to provide route-based service to a set customer base. This role includes the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other items.

Daily responsibilities involve lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into customer accounts and removing soiled products. The position may also include occasional driving of a company-owned vehicle to and from customer stops throughout the day.

Most RSSRs enjoy a 4-day workweek with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up uniforms, mats, mops, and other facility service products at customer accounts.

• Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and addressing customer needs.

• Ensure timely, safe, and accurate completion of route activities.

• Occasionally operate company-owned vehicles for deliveries.

• Maintain a positive and professional representation of Cintas at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:

  • Active driver’s license

  • At least 21 years of age

  • DOT medical certification

  • Documentation of previous employment

Additional Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, carrying, walking, loading/unloading).

• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, organization skills, ambition, and service spirit.
