Qualification of Assistant Store Operations Lead:

• Proficiency in managing and delivering customer service leadership, instruction, and support, working with the Store Leader, to guide and train all store personnel.
• Exhibited capability in upholding strong retention levels by emphasizing the identification of eligible candidates, fostering leadership skills, enabling employees, and fostering productivity among staff members.
• Skilled in aiding the implementation of diverse marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Ability in handling cash, processing fuel purchases, and encouraging participation in our loyalty initiative.
• Proven capability in ensuring a hygienic and safe environment by following health and sanitation guidelines, thereby keeping the store well-maintained and stocked with products.
• Proficient in expressing oneself effectively through speech and writing, as well as adept at managing internal thoughts and emotions.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft software like Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is desirable, though not obligatory for individuals with a background in Retail Management for at least one year.
• It is mandatory to possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence and maintain car insurance throughout employment
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, carrying out repetitive bending, standing, and reaching actions, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
