Job Overview

The Associate Merchandising Team Leader (Associate Manager) supports the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring merchandising standards are consistently executed. This role provides leadership on the sales floor, guides team members in achieving company goals, and helps foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in achieving sales and profitability goals through effective merchandising strategies and operational excellence.

• Lead daily merchandising activities, ensuring floor sets, product placement, and visual presentation meet brand standards.

• Train, coach, and motivate associates to achieve performance goals and provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist in driving customer engagement by modeling best practices and reinforcing a customer-first mindset.

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management processes to maintain product availability.

• Communicate priorities, promotions, and visual direction to the team clearly and effectively.

• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Act as a role model for brand values and culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or merchandising experience; leadership experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising, sales floor presentation, and customer engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
