Position Overview

Join one of the nation's leading automotive repair and tire retailers. NTB is now part of the Mavis Tire family, and we are hiring Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to lead and support store operations in the Columbus, OH area.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in running daily operations

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards

• Schedule technician workloads and monitor productivity

• Manage parts ordering and inventory

• Ensure timely and high-quality job completion

• Oversee employee safety and compliance

• Foster a positive team environment

Service Manager Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting tires and understanding recommended services

• Direct the workflow of technicians and manage service bays

• Stage repair work efficiently to maximize shop performance

• Communicate directly with customers and explain automotive issues and solutions

• Monitor service quality and ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Drive store sales goals and initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• One of the following:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts and/or tire sales

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance or repairs

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating job competency
