Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable Aviation Assembler to join our team. This position involves cross-training in several areas, such as press brake, CNC laser, CNC mill, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring assembly, deburring, spot welding, and more. You will handle small parts weighing not more than 30lbs, test their functions, meet production goals, and earn a wage of $15-17/hour with the potential to earn an additional $3/hour attendance incentive.
Responsibilites:
- The candidates selected for the job will be utilizing different hand tools and mechanical machinery to assemble circuit boards and other sub-assemblies that are utilized across different fields.
- The three essential hand tools that everyone should own are screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
- The utilization of production machinery for the printing of solder paste and smaller parts.
- Step-by-step instructions for assembling each item will be provided via computers, which the candidates will access to carry out their tasks.
- The capability of logging into various programs simultaneously is essential for obtaining accurate guidance.
- The factory floor is maintained at a constant temperature and humidity of 70 degrees to regulate the perfect working condition:
- Assembly involves putting together different components to create a finished product
Qualifications:
- Candidates who have worked in an Assembly setup for a year or more would be preferred
