Job Title: Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the go-to guide for customers exploring hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. If you're passionate about beauty, eager to learn, and love helping others feel confident, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and inspire brand loyalty

• Recommend additional and complementary products

• Share current promotions and store events with customers

• Create engaging product displays and maintain store appearance

• Enroll and inform customers about the Loyalty program

• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, professional store environment

• Communicate stock and inventory concerns to management

• Embody and promote Sally Beauty’s core cultural values

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Must be able to follow instructions and perform tasks independently

• Comfortable learning and using product knowledge to assist customers

• Available to work flexible schedules to meet business needs

• Ability to read and explain product labels accurately

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder

• May occasionally be exposed to fumes or odors

• Requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting

• Involves working near moving parts or carts; occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals
