Job Description

A Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador plays a key role in building momentum and excitement for a new Crunch Fitness club opening. You will represent the Crunch brand in the local community, build relationships with potential members, and help drive new memberships through grassroots marketing and outreach. This is a fun, dynamic role for someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a friendly smile

• Promote the Crunch Fitness brand throughout the community

• Identify and engage with potential leads; sign up new members in the club and through field marketing

• Represent Crunch Fitness at community events and street team activities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and off-site materials

• Contribute positive energy and team morale

• Participate in daily pre-opening planning and team briefings

• Conduct engaging club tours for prospective members

• Answer phones in a professional and energetic manner

• Most importantly — have fun!

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable attitude

• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written

• Customer service focused with a positive approach

• Organized, reliable, and a strong multi-tasker

Employment Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide documentation for e-Verification
