Position Summary

As a Business Sales Associate, you combine customer service excellence with strong sales skills to drive business growth. You assist guests in finding the right products, provide expert guidance, and support store sales goals. You are passionate about our brand, build lasting relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and friendly guest experience using the AEO Selling Model.

• Recommend products, provide styling guidance, and educate guests to drive sales and loyalty.

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to strengthen guest engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promotions, new Floorsets, and trends.

• Assist across multiple zones including Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom as needed.

• Support operational tasks such as merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a guest-ready store.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales, customer service, and product knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on driving sales results.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
