Job Description:

Displays exceptional skills in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of cold and hot food items that meet high standards for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered occasions.

The kitchen staff at the hospital is responsible for preparing meals ordered through room service by up to 30-32 patients per bed, with three meals served daily. This is made possible by using short order tickets for efficient meal processing

The plan is to provide pre-made and packaged meal alternatives at the cafeteria.
