Catering Cook

Job Description:

Has a strong competency in the ability to prepare, cook, and present hot and cold dishes with precision, for different meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering events.

Meal preparation for room service orders in the hospital is efficiently handled by the cooks in the kitchen, who are able to cater to up to 30-32 patients per bed, three times a day, through the use of short order tickets

We intend to serve pre-packaged and prepared food items at the cafeteria.
