Job Summary

As a Child Care Associate, you will provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents enjoy our fitness facilities. You’ll ensure proper supervision, engage in age-appropriate activities, and create a positive experience for both children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents and children with a welcoming attitude

• Register and check in/out children with attention to safety and accuracy

• Supervise and interact with children through games, crafts, and play

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized child care area

• Sanitize toys and equipment regularly

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

• Communicate clearly with parents and provide updates as needed

• Follow all child care safety procedures and club policies

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a group or child care setting

• Valid Child/Infant CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

• Must meet all local/state child care requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stay calm and attentive in a busy environment

• Dependable, friendly, and enthusiastic personality

• Must be at least 18 years old
