Job Summary

We’re looking for enthusiastic, certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead safe, fun, and effective classes for members of all fitness levels. You'll play a key role in motivating members, building community, and promoting wellness.

Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification

• Nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)

• Valid Yoga or Pilates certification also accepted

Special Skills

• Experience teaching fitness classes for diverse skill levels

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Clear and confident verbal communication

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective fitness classes

• Maintain required certifications and continuing education

• Follow instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures

• Uphold all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, and brand standards

• Represent Crunch’s mission and values professionally at all times

• Respond to member requests and refer issues to management when necessary

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings

Meetings

• Participate in weekly or monthly department meetings

• Attend ongoing employee training sessions
