Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties across all areas of the gym, including:

  • Locker rooms, restrooms, and showers

  • Fitness floors and equipment

  • Entrances, offices, and lounge areas

• Refill paper products and hygiene supplies as needed

• Follow cleaning and maintenance checklists

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and janitorial areas

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

• Provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests

• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
