Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the club including:

  • Locker rooms and restrooms

  • Fitness and weight areas

  • Cardio floors and studios

  • Lobby and office areas

• Sanitize equipment and high-contact surfaces regularly

• Perform floor care (mopping, vacuuming, sweeping)

• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper

• Ensure proper disposal of trash and recycling

• Follow daily cleaning checklist and club safety procedures

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor with staff and members

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred

• Ability to communicate clearly in English

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
