Position Summary

As a Client Relations Representative, you are a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring every guest interaction is positive, personalized, and memorable. You handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster long-term relationships, all while promoting products and driving sales. Your goal is to create loyal customers by delivering exceptional service that reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

• Build strong guest relationships by providing personalized recommendations and guidance on AE & Aerie products.

• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to strengthen guest engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding in-store or online experience.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about promotions and new Floorsets.

• Support operational tasks such as merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a guest-ready environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for customer service and relationship building.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and resolve guest issues effectively.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on driving sales and guest satisfaction.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
