Client Service Representative

Job description

We are seeking an onsite Client Service Representative for our location who does not require any prior experience in this field

In your role as a Client Service Representative, you will need to gather and document relevant information about customer complaints or inquiries to assist in resolving the issues raised:

• The process of processing and entering orders into the system is streamlined with the use of modern technology and automated systems
• The given pricing and delivery information allows customers to make accurate budget estimations
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• The process of setting up new records and maintaining the current ones is a fundamental responsibility that should not be overlooked within organizations
• Conduct document processing, record keeping, and other clerical duties as assigned
• Sort and manage relevant paperwork beforehand, guaranteeing the essential approvals for the auction day are obtained
• Help out with any additional duties that may come up throughout the day
