About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to act as a trusted point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide clients through our products and services. Your goal is to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their experience with BOSSCAT. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a drive to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Understand client needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions to ensure follow-up and resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and technical support to resolve complex issues.

• Meet or exceed individual and team targets for client satisfaction and response time.

• Offer insights and suggestions to improve service processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and remote collaboration tools.

• Prior client service experience is preferred but not required.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
