Client Service Specialist

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an onsite Client Service Specialist even if you have no prior experience in this role

One of the primary responsibilities of a Client Service Specialist is to actively listen, empathize, and respond appropriately to customers' inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction:

• The process of entering data into internal computer systems involves the use of specialized software and hardware to ensure that all information is accurately recorded
• The provided pricing and delivery information serves as a base for customers to compare different products
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• Putting in place new records while ensuring that current ones are kept up to date is imperative for any business to function proficiently
• Undertake word processing duties, including typing, formatting, and spell-checking
• Structurize and handle the necessary documents beforehand to make sure all prerequisite approvals are granted for the auction day
• Be willing to lend a hand with any extra duties as needed
