CMM Specialist

Job Description:

We require the services of a talented CMM Specialist to join our team. Our company is family-owned and focused on the production of precision machined components for the automotive, truck, and bus sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting us in maintaining our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review finished products for quality assurance, ensuring that they meet set specifications and requirements
• Overall, preparing PPAP packages is an essential step in the new product launch process that demonstrates your commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• The execution of IATF audits is an essential part of maintaining industry standards conformity
• Conducting a root cause analysis helps organizations to uncover and address underlying issues that may be preventing them from achieving their goals
• To achieve the benefits of quality control procedures, it is important to establish clear goals and metrics to measure progress and make continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork to improve manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality products
• Consistently reviewing manufacturing processes is crucial to identify areas where improvements can be made
• Enact and uphold quality standards in metrics and create detailed analyses

Pay/Shift:

• The annual salary for this position falls within the range of $60,000 to $85,000, depending on the selected candidate's proficiency and experience
• Shift: 1st Shift
