Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CMM Technician/Quality Technician to join our team. As a member of our family-owned company, dedicated to precision machined components for automotive, truck, and bus industries, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met
Prepare PPAP packages to support new product launches
Lead IATF audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
Maintain quality metrics and prepare detailed reports

Pay/Shift:

Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 annually
Shift: 1st Shift

Required Hard Skills:

Proficiency in quality control methodologies
Experience in CMM operation and setup
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Ability to prepare PPAP packages
Knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plan maintenance
Experience leading IATF audits
Strong background in root cause analysis
Skill in developing and maintaining quality metrics
