CMM Technician

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CMM Technician/Quality Technician to join our team. As a member of our family-owned company, dedicated to precision machined components for automotive, truck, and bus industries, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met
• Prepare PPAP packages to support new product launches
• Lead IATF audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and manufacturing processes
• Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain quality metrics and prepare detailed reports

Pay/Shift:

• Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 annually
• Shift: 1st Shift

Required Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in quality control methodologies
• Experience in CMM operation and setup
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Ability to prepare PPAP packages
• Knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plan maintenance
• Experience leading IATF audits
• Strong background in root cause analysis
• Skill in developing and maintaining quality metrics
