About the Role

We're urgently hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires precision and efficiency in operating CNC machinery, ensuring all output meets strict design and quality standards. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills or lathes with accuracy and consistency
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for optimal cycle times and positioning
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with team leads
• Perform production runs and deburring as needed
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC mills or lathes
• Ability to work independently or under consistent oversight
• Skilled in blueprint reading and precision measurement tools

Shift Options & Pay Differentials

• 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM ($8/hour shift differential)
• Weekend Shift: FridaySunday, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM ($6/hour shift differential)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
