Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer who will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC milling, lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications. The successful candidate will read and interpret technical blueprints and design models, input product designs into computer modeling software, and test the accuracy of settings and programs. This role involves developing an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools, describing the quality policy and goals, and contributing to quality by developing machine programs using MasterCam or similar software tools. Additional responsibilities include assisting engineering with mechanical design, building tools and fixtures for production assembly, machining parts for prototypes, and providing support in the machine shop.
