CNC Programmer | Relocation Offered

Pay: $29-$32/hr + relocation package!

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team, responsible for programming CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience in CNC programming for mills and lathes, a passion for precision and accuracy, and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a design and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Build and edit programs and set up CNC mills and lathes
Change out tools and parts in the machine
Program CNC machines to ensure parts meet customer specifications
Collaborate within a team setting to achieve production goals
Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts

Essential Skills

Mastercam programming for milling and turning with 2 years of experience
3 to 5 years of related experience in CNC programming, preferably 4 years with mills/lathes
Proficient in G&M code programming
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and solid models
Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and written

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with GD & T tolerancing, preferred 3 years
Understanding of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including geometry and trigonometry
Proficient in AutoCAD with 2 years of experience
Ability to use a variety of precision tools and machinery, including lathe, manual milling machine, drill press, and hydraulic press
