Commercial Plumber

Job Description:

Are you obsessed with new construction, high-rises, and multi-family projects? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for plumbers to join our team! As a plumber, you'll be responsible for installing plumbing systems in newly constructed high-rises. Currently, we have an immediate staffing need in South Vancouver and UBC for a three-tower project, which is actively underway. Do note that the project is in the structure stage of pouring decks and is expected to continue until June 2025. Our location is alongside transit accessibility, and though no onsite parking is available, overtime opportunities may arise.

Responsibilites:

• Construct openings and gaps to fit new components.
• Working with predetermined blueprints and diagrams for lavatories, culinary sections and cleansing areas
• When it comes to plumbing, the quality of installation is critical. Professionals recommend cast iron, Pex, and PVC pipes for their durability, ease of installation, and longevity
• Tight quarters and elevated positions present distinct obstacles for workers
• To achieve optimal drainage, it is essential to cut, measure, and hang the system accurately and securely
• Before laying tiles, painting walls and installing countertops in your kitchen or bathroom, roughing-in the rooms need to be done first
• Before beginning the installation process, it's important to measure the space and make sure the chosen tub or shower will fit properly
