Construction Laborer

Job Description:

Working as a Construction Laborer comes with a range of exciting duties that test your abilities on a daily basis. You'll be required to handle work orders, manage projects, and provide excellent customer service to commercial and industrial clients. This role's responsibilities may include door installation, hardware and concrete work, demolition, even working on new construction and renovation projects. You will be traveling to project locations on a daily basis, and the distance can vary within a one to one and a half-hour radius of the office. You must exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, independence and have a strong focus on customer service to be successful in this role. Your hourly pay will be within a competitive rate from $25-$28 per hour and may be eligible for mileage reimbursement based on the job site.

• Proper installation of commercial doors and hardware also requires compliance with building codes and regulations, including fire safety codes
• Being able to work independently and problem-solve with limited resources are other soft skills that can be honed through hands-on experience with tools
