Job Title: Creative Director

Job Summary

The Creative Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact branding, marketing, and visual design strategies across all platforms. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and creative expertise to ensure the Crunch brand is consistently engaging, innovative, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all creative projects including brand identity, campaign development, and marketing materials

• Oversee and mentor the design and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content

• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

• Develop creative strategies that support business objectives and drive member engagement

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-brand execution

• Direct the production of video, photography, and multimedia content for web, social media, and in-club displays

• Monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and fitness industry movements to keep Crunch ahead of the curve

• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all media

• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed

• Present creative concepts and campaigns to executive leadership for approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 7+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, advertising campaigns, and digital media work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

• Experience with content strategy, UX/UI design, and digital marketing

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred
