Job Description:

As a Crew Associate at Five Guys, you will support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will assist with food preparation, take and serve customer orders, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a great experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

• Take and accurately process customer orders.

• Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.

• Assist with stocking supplies, ingredients, and condiments.

• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required; training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
