Custodial Worker

Aerotek is hiring EVS Technicians/Janitors for hospitals located in Escondido and Poway, CA. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff. You will play a key part in supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple hospital facilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an EVS Technician/Janitor, you will maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout hospital facilities while providing professional support to patients and staff.

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, administrative offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Handle and dispose of biohazardous waste following hospital procedures and safety guidelines.
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure carts and stations are fully equipped.
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors, and staff while performing duties.
• Follow hospital health, safety, and infection control standards at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to follow hospital cleaning procedures and work orders.
• Comfort handling biohazardous waste safely.
• Dependable attendance and reliability across assigned shifts.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with patients, visitors, and staff.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Shifts available in various time slots with corresponding hourly pay rates.
• Specific benefits are available while on contract through Aerotek.
