About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Associate who will be responsible for delivering outstanding support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. In this role, you'll do more than just respond to questions - you'll build relationships, solve problems, and provide guidance that enables customers to succeed with our products and services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and resourceful, with a passion for creating positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary.
Guide customers on how to maximize the value of BOSSCAT's offerings.
Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
