About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. You'll not only answer questions but also guide customers toward solutions that make their lives easier and their experiences with BOSSCAT more valuable. This position requires patience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
Actively listen and identify customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
Deliver accurate information and proactive updates about products and services.
Document customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
Collaborate with operations, product, and support teams to resolve complex concerns.
Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using remote tools and CRM systems.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
