The job opening is for an onsite Customer Center Associate and we welcome applicants who have no experience in the field

In the position of a Customer Center Associate, your duties will include using your excellent communication skills to address customer complaints, questions, and concerns effectively:

• Responsibility for processing orders and assignments is a task that requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Customers can use the pricing and delivery information as a point of reference to make informed purchase decisions
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• Developing new files and preserving old ones is a critical duty that contributes greatly to an organization's efficiency and productivity
• Complete data entry, document processing, and other clerical tasks
• Organize and handle essential paperwork to get ready for the auction day, securing the mandatory approvals
• Offer assistance with any other tasks that may arise within the office
