Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, your main responsibilities will involve assisting customers, team members in the field, and U-Haul affiliates by handling reservations and ensuring equipment distribution is efficiently managed.

Responsibilities of Customer Reservations Coordinator:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Companys U-Box portable storage product.

Qualifications of Customer Reservations Coordinator:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent is a common educational milestone that many individuals strive to achieve
• Proficiency in operating office machinery like multiline telephones, phone manners, Microsoft Word, and electronic mail
