The position of onsite Customer Service Agent is available, and we encourage candidates with no previous experience to apply

As a Customer Service Agent, it is your responsibility to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions while ensuring that customers' privacy and confidentiality are maintained:

• Efficient order processing and data entry are essential to the smooth functioning of any organization, and result in higher outputs and productivity levels
• Being aware of the pricing and delivery information helps customers plan their purchases better
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• The creation and maintenance of records, both old and new, are crucial components that can affect a company's overall performance
• Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required
• Arrange and prepare the documents essential for the auction day and secure the imperative endorsements
• Perform other miscellaneous office tasks as requested
