Job Summary of Customer Service Driver:

Responsibilities of Customer Service Driver:

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers homes and businesses local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Qualifications of Customer Service Driver:

• Maintaining a spotless driving record for motor vehicles
• Achieving a high school diploma or its equivalent signifies completion of secondary education
• Certification from the Department of Transportation is required
• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a specialized permit required for individuals to operate large vehicles for commercial purposes
