Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultation and service excellence

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions

• Prepare estimates, process work orders, and ensure timely delivery of products

• Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate on business and marketing plans

• Support the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center through active customer engagement

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Outgoing, approachable, and eager to learn

• Excellent listening, organizational, and documentation abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
