About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, proactive updates, and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Listen, identify, and assess customer needs to provide effective solutions.

• Offer accurate information and proactive updates by coordinating with product, operations, and field support teams.

• Achieve or exceed individual and team customer satisfaction and quality targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across multiple channels.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.

• Previous customer service experience preferred (not always required).
