Looking for a candidate to take on the role of an onsite Customer Support Rep with no prior experience necessary

The key role of a Customer Support Rep entails providing a diverse range of support services to customers, including problem-solving and answering inquiries:

• Entering of orders and assignments into the computer system is a crucial part of the process, as it allows for proper tracking and data management
• The pricing and delivery details provided serve as a guide for customers
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
• The establishment of new records and the proper maintenance of existing ones are essential tasks within a company
• Execute tasks involving document preparation, filing, and general office duties
• Collate and process relevant paperwork, ensuring all necessary permissions for the auction day are secured
• Be available to assist with various office duties as necessary
