Position Summary

As a Customer Support & Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding service both in-store and via other channels. You combine excellent communication skills with a passion for our products to assist guests, resolve issues, and drive sales. You play a key role in building brand loyalty and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with questions, product information, and concerns.

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner while following company policies.

• Drive sales by making personalized product recommendations and promoting the AEO loyalty program.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver accurate information and expert guidance.

• Support operational tasks such as merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store guest-ready.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for customer service and sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve guest issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, sales, or customer support experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
