About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the voice of BOSSCAT for our customers. In this role, you will provide expert support across phone, email, and chat channels. More than resolving issues, you will educate and guide customers to make the most of our products and services. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the confidence to navigate both routine questions and more complex challenges. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by helping others, this position offers a rewarding career path in customer experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth resolution.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed, while maintaining ownership of follow-up.
Document all interactions with accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strive to exceed performance goals for responsiveness, accuracy, and customer delight.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs, and remote work tools.
Prior experience in technical or customer support is preferred, but not required.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
